A. Parnell Plaza Entertainment Venue is a destination visitor attraction which offers the following leisure activities, Pery’s Bingo, Timeout Gaming Slots Arcade, Timeout Casino and Card Club, live gaming and poker tables, Charlie St George Pub, Vero Café and coming soon Rugby Expo.

Q. Is there free WiFi for customers?
A. Yes there is free WiFi available. Come in and ask for the password.
Q. Do I have to be a member to visit Parnell Plaza?
A. No you do not need to be a member to visit Parnell Plaza, but you are welcome to join our Membership Club/Loyalty Program which has many incentives and benefits.

A. There are many benefits. Deals change from week to week. Please enquire at the venue.
Q. Is gambling legal in Ireland?
A. Gambling is licensed in Ireland under several statutes.
Q. Do you have a Gamble Aware Policy?

Q. Do you accept reservations for large parties?
A. Yes we do, but we do have terms and conditions to ensure comfort and safety for everyone. Please contact the booking manager on info@parnellplaza.ie.
Q. Is there an age restriction in Parnell Plaza?
A. There are age restrictions for the various activities and events, please come in and we can explain some more.
Q. Health and Safety?
A. For your comfort and safety we have a comprehensive CCTV system in place. The venue holds a disability certificate and fire certificate. Staff are briefed on Health and Safety matters. We are always up to date with our health and safety Policy and Procedures.
Q. Do you have car parking facilities?
A. On street municipal car parking is available and works on a ticket system which you can purchase in local shops. On street parking is free usually from 6pm each evening.
Off street parking is available at Colbert Rail and Bus station car park immediately across the street and there is a charge.
Q. Do you have a lost and found?
A. Yes, you can ask at reception if you have lost something and a member of staff will be happy to help.
Q. Do you have a smoking area?
A. The designated smoking area is the courtyard. This can be easily found as it’s in the centre of the venue and is signposted.
Q. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes there is wheelchair access and toilets in place. Please ask for any additional assistance.
VERO Cafe/Restaurant
Q. What food/restaurant/eating facilities are available?
A. A full food service is available at Parnell Plaza. You can view our menu and hours of business at www.parnellplaza.ie or call into the venue.

Q. Do you do carry out?
A. Yes. Please ask for any special orders you may require.
Q. Do you cater for customers with dietary restrictions i.e. Coeliacs?
A. Yes. It is very important that you clearly state to the food staff your exact requirements. In that way the food staff will be able to clearly tell you if it is possible for them to fulfill your requirements.
Q. Do you accept reservations?
A. Yes. Please contact Vero supervisor at 061279901 or call in to make reservation. We can hold a reserved table for up to fifteen minutes on busy days so, please understand to be on time helps everyone.
Q. Do you serve breakfast all day?
A. Yes. We have a selection of breakfast meals available throughout the day.
Q. What is the price range?
A. Food menu prices vary please see our menu in house.
Q. Where did Vero get its name?
A. Vero means “Real” in Italian and In Truth in Latin.
Q. Do you have a loyalty programme?
A. Yes. Please ask a staff member for the latest Vero Loyalty Program info.

Q. Do you have a loyalty programme?
A. Yes. We operate a loyalty program for our customers. Please sign up at Cash desk.
Q. What do I need to do to become a member of the loyalty programme?
A. You will need proof of identification and clearance from the Loyalty Program Manager.

A. We endeavor to have the best quality, most popular and well maintained games on the market. Please call in to see for yourself.

A. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Q.What time do the doors open?
A. Doors open at 6.45 pm Early Session starts at 7.45pm. Main session starts at 8.30pm.

A. We don’t accept Laser/credit cards in Pery’s Bingo. But there is an ATM machine in the venue.
Q,Do you have to be a member to play?
A. No, but members get extra benefits such as loyalty scheme advantages and promotional offers.
Q.How do you become a member?
A. Becoming a member is easy. Drop into PERYS BINGO fill out a form. Becoming a member is free.
Q. What are the electronic tablets?
A. A way to play more tickets than you could normally mark on a tablet or ipad style device.
Q. What are the packages available?
A. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The package deals change from time to time and night to night.
Q. Can I buy as many jackpot sheets as I wish?

A. The early session is a 3 page book.

Q.What is Pongo?
A. Bingo games played in the intervals using boards similar to those found in arcades at the seaside. The prizes cash prizes, and customers can choose which games they take part in.
In Pery’s the more that is played the higher the prizes go.
Q.What is the age limit for playing bingo?
A. You must be 18 to play at Pery’s bingo.
Q.How long is the break?
A. The interval is 25 minutes long. Vero Cafe sells meals, cake, chocolates and crisps, as well as serving Tea, Coffee and soft drinks.
