Q. Do I have to be a member to visit Parnell Plaza Entertainment Venue?
A. No, at this time you do not need to be a member to visit, but you are welcome toapply to join the Membership Club/Loyalty Program which has many benefits. From time to time a membership only policy may be implemented for a variety reasons such as health and safety, capacity, staffing, unforeseen circumstances or other concerns.
Q. What benefits do I get when I join the Membership Club/Loyalty Programme?
A. There are many benefits. Deals change from week to week. You will be notified by text, email and in the venue on screens showing monthly events and offers. Please enquire at the venue.
Q. Is there free WiFi for customers?
A. Yes, there is free WiFi available. Come in and ask for the password.
Q. Is gambling legal in Ireland?
A. Gambling is licensed in Ireland under several statutes.
Q. Do you have a Gamble Aware Policy?

Q. Do you accept reservations for large parties?
A. Yes and to ensure everyone’s comfort, safety and enjoyment there are terms and conditions. Please contact the booking manager well in advanceon info@parnellplaza.ie.
Q. Is there an age restriction in the venue?
A. It is an adult venue so there are age restrictions from 18+ and upwards for the various activities and events, please request the manager to explain some more.
If you are fortunate enough to look very young you will need a valid proof of age document such as a driving licence or passport.
Q. Health and Safety?
A. For your comfort and safety the venue has a comprehensive CCTV system in place.The venue holds a disability certificate and fire certificate. Regular staff training takes place. The venue complies with it’s health and safety Policy and Procedures in order to provide best practices and a safe environment for its patrons, team members and the public. Patrons and the public also do have a duty of care. Eventhough the venue strives to have no health and safety issues, if you see anything in the venue that you thinkcould be a hazard please report it to a staff member.
Q. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes there is wheelchair access, lifts and accessible toilets in place. Please ask for any additional assistance.
Q. Do you have car parking facilities?
A. On street municipal car parking is available and works on a ticket system which you can purchase in local shops. On street parking is free usually from 6pm each evening.There is a municipal car park at Hyde Road carpark nearby. Off street parking is available at Colbert Rail and Bus station car park immediately across the street and there is a charge.
Q. Do you have a lost and found?
A. Yes, you can ask at reception if you have lost something and a member of staff will be happy to help.
Q. Do you have a smoking area?
A. There are designated smoking areas in the venue. You will see that they are clearly marked. Ask a team member if you are not sure.
Q. What food facilities are available?
Q. Do you cater for customers with dietary restrictions i.e. Coeliacs?
A. Yes. It is very important that you clearly state to the food staff your exact requirements. In that way the food staff will be able to clearly tell you if it is possible for them to fulfil your requirements.
Q. Do you accept reservations?
A. The venue can accept reservations but it needs to be proposed well in advance to the manager and accepted by the manager.
